Shaanxi Province Silk Road Digital Protection and Inheritance of Cultural Heritage Collaborative Innovation Center was established by our university combining with other universities, cultural institutions and cultural industry companies. Aiming at the forefront of the digital development of international cultural heritage, the Center closely focuses on the key scientific and engineering issues of the digital protection and inheritance of cultural heritage of the Silk Road, also, it convenes more than a dozen national and provincial-level scientific research platforms, sharing more than 100-million-yuan worth equipment; establishing a high-level research team led by national, provincial and ministerial experts; training a group of outstanding talents engaged in the digitization of cultural heritage; obtaining a number of major scientific research projects including the nationally important researches and development plans, "863" plan; supporting by the National Nature Fund and other support, which funds are more than 200 million yuan, authorized more than 100 invention patents, and in the Qin Shi Emperor's Mausoleum excavation; authorizing more than 100 invention patents, and achieving the transformation and application of achievements for the cultural heritage digital industry in the Qin Shi Emperor's Mausoleum excavation, restoration of the ancient face, Han Chang' an City virtual display, Shaanxi Ming Great Wall site monitoring, ancient mural restoration and other aspects, wining the second prize of national scientific progress and provincial-ministerial science and technology awards and other awards more than ten items.
